Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Airlines Business division at Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG), overseeing Malaysia Airlines, Firefly, MASwings, and Amal. Under his leadership, the division achieved a 33% growth in revenue for 2023 compared to pre-pandemic levels, despite reduced capacity.
Throughout his career, Ahmad Luqman has been at the forefront of aviation innovation and transformation. Dato’ Kevin Jit Singh is an accomplished entrepreneur and corporate leader with more than two decades of experience spanning logistics, transportation, automotive, and industrial sectors. Over the years, he has been actively involved in establishing and managing companies across multiple industries, demonstrating strong business acumen, operational leadership, and strategic foresight.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in E-Commerce from Staffordshire University, United Kingdom, a Higher National Diploma and Diploma in Business and IT from APIIT, and A-Levels in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Kolej Bandar Utama. He also holds professional certifications from the Malaysian Insurance Institute (2006), UBS Accounting (1998), and the Real Estate Negotiator Certification (2019).
Dato’ Kevin began his career with Riken Auto Sdn Bhd in 2001, progressing from Sales Executive to Sales Manager before taking on senior leadership roles across several enterprises. In 2006, he became Director and Chief Executive Officer of Trylah Sdn Bhd, Malaysia’s first online car classifieds platform, where he played a pioneering role in digitising the local automotive marketplace.
Since 2019, Dato’ Kevin has focused his entrepreneurial efforts on the logistics and transportation industry, where he has been instrumental in shaping integrated supply chain solutions covering freight forwarding, transshipment, warehousing, and express delivery. Under his leadership, his companies have grown to serve both domestic and international markets, with a particular focus on China cross-border shipments, leveraging Malaysia’s geographic advantage as a regional logistics gateway.
His expertise encompasses air, sea, and land logistics operations, including route optimisation, cargo management, and regulatory compliance. He is deeply involved in advancing cross-border logistics infrastructure, facilitating e-commerce and perishable cargo movements between Malaysia, China, and other ASEAN markets. His strategic direction continues to support Malaysia’s position as an emerging logistics and aviation hub in the region.
At present, Dato’ Kevin serves as Director of multiple companies involved in logistics and transportation, where he oversees business expansion, operational efficiency, and long-term growth strategies across the group.
YEAP SAY WOI
INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Yeap Say Woi was appointed Independent Non-Executive Director of MMAG Holdings Berhad on 1 November 2018. He is also Chairman of the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees.
Mr Yeap worked at the Renong Berhad’s group of companies for 12 years. His last position was Head of Finance at Time Dotcom Berhad before retiring to take up the position as a lecturer in a local university. Prior to that, he was a Finance Manager at a public listed company specialising in the manufacturing of cement and building materials. He also has 5 years working experience in an audit firm.
Mr Yeap holds a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Mathematics. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
DATO SOK ONE A/L ESEN
INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Dato’ Sok One A/L Esen was appointed Independent Non-Executive Director of MMAG Holdings Berhad on 12 April 2021.
Dato’ Sok One started his career as an investigation officer in the Anti-Corruption Agency which is now known as The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) in 1981, serving in various capacities and states including Perak, Kelantan and Sarawak.
He was transferred to the Kuala Lumpur Headquarters in 2005 and took on leading roles in the investigation division including Deputy Director of Intelligence Division, Deputy Director of Special Operations Division and Director of MACC in Negeri Sembilan.
Dato' Sok One led numerous investigations and special operations to curb bribery and corruption in both public and private sectors before retiring from the MACC as the Deputy Director of Special Operations with the rank of Deputy Commissioner in 2018.
In his 37-year career with the MACC, Dato’ Sok One has worked closely with Independent Commission Against Corruption of Hong Kong (ICAC), National Anti Corruption Commission Thailand (NACC), Corrupt Practice Investigation Bureau of Singapore (CPIB) and KAPIKA Indonesia in financial and money laundering investigation. He was also the pioneer of Anti-Money Laundering Act investigation in MACC and was assigned to Thailand, Sri Lanka, Czech Republic and the United States of America for training.
In recognition of his service to the nation, he was conferred with the honour of Darjah Indera Mahkota Pahang (DIMP) from the Sultan of Pahang which carries the title of Dato' in 2015. He is now one of the directors of a security company known as Special Skills Security Services Sdn Bhd which provides various professional and protective security services. As the director, he is responsible for overseeing the operations and business development of the company.
Dato’ Sok One holds a Degree in Social Science from the University Science of Malaysia and a Degree in Jurisprudence from the University of Malaya.
HAJI NOORZAINY BIN HAJI MOHD NOOR
INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Haji Noorzainy Bin Haji Mohd Noor started his police career with the rank of Inspector on 27 December 1982 and served as a Criminal Investigating Officer at IPD Klang, Selangor after his training.
In 1992, he was transferred to serve as Lecturer and Sports Training Officer at Kuala Lumpur Police Training Centre (“PULAPOL”) with the rank of Chief Inspector of Police.
In 1995, he was transferred to IPD Klang, Selangor as a Traffic Investigating Officer for 3 years. For his excellent performance and commitment, he was promoted to the rank of Assistant Superintendent of Police on 1 January 1998 and served as Traffic Enforcement ASP at Traffic Branch, Selangor Contingent Police Headquarters. With his extensive experience, on 15 March 2004, he was transferred to IPD Shah Alam and served as Head of Public Security Division for 17 months.
Haji Noorzainy was then transferred to IPD Ipoh as Head of District Administration Division. In 2008, he was transferred as Officer in Charge of Troop 4A, Unit 4, Federal Riot Unit, Department of Internal Security and Public Order, Kuala Lumpur and subsequently to IPD Besut, Terengganu as Deputy Officer in Charge of Police District. He also served as Deputy Head of Crime Prevention and Community Security Department (Operations), Terengganu Contingent Police Headquarters and Officer in Charge of Jempol Police District, Negeri Sembilan with the rank of Superintendent of Police and subsequently promoted to the rank of Assistant Commissioner of Police as Officer in Charge of Seberang Perai Utara Police District, Pulau Penang.
On 20 April 2023, he had officially retired from the Royal Malaysian Police Force as a Senior Assistant Commissioner and Head of Crime Prevention and Community Security Department in Perak Contingent Police Headquarters, a position he has held since August 2021.
Haji Noorzainy holds a Diploma In Law from Universiti Teknologi Mara (“UiTM”), Shah Alam in 1986.
He does not hold any directorships in other public companies or listed companies.
AZMAN BIN MAT ALI

Azman Bin Mat Ali was appointed Independent Non-Executive Director of MMAG Holdings Berhad on 3 January 2024 and a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee. He is an accomplished professional whose illustrious career unfolded within the esteemed Bank Negara Malaysia (the Central Bank of Malaysia), spanning from 1988 to 2023, during which he held various senior positions and made substantial contributions to the financial sector.
He recently retired as the Director of Currency Management and Operations Department, a position where he had held since 2018. During his tenure Currency Management and Operations Department, he was tasked with overseeing critical initiatives such as the issuance of new series banknotes and coins in 2012, the development and operationalisation of the Automated Cash Centre in 2016, and the development and implementation of the Currency Act 2020.
He also sits on the Board of Directors of Velocity Capital Partner Berhad as a Non-executive Chairman.

Puan Hajah Erna Bt Ismail brings over 21 years of comprehensive experience in financial management, commercial operations, and strategic planning. Her expertise spans goal-setting, business focus, and formulating competitive strategies, understanding of business trends and impact on financial performance. She began her professional journey in financial operations and asset management before progressing into a variety of leadership roles.
Prior to joining NexG Berhad (Formerly known as Datasonic Group Berhad), she held the position of Financial Controller at Dagang Net Technologies Sdn Bhd, a pioneer in the development of paperless, electronic Customs services in Malaysia.
Throughout her career, Puan Hajah Erna has played a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency, generating tax savings, and driving cost reductions. She has also led cross-functional initiatives focused on optimizing cost control and improving margin management.
She holds a Bachelor in Business Administration (Hons.) Finance and a Diploma in Banking Studies, both from Universiti Teknologi MARA, which have provided her with a strong academic foundation for her contributions in the financial and corporate sectors.
